Wedding photography has not only been a creative outlet, but it’s also allowed my wife and I to become a lot closer and have a great relationship. She attends most of the weddings we shoot, and I am always reminded of 10/8/2005.
It’s not just a way for me to show my ‘art’ or ’skillzzzzzz’ – it’s a LOT more then that, it’s way deeper for me personally.
I have this desire that’s hard to explain and is beyond words, and beyond me sometimes. I want to help people, I want to make people happy, I want to share those moments, I want people to know I am there for them, and most of all, I want to continue to be there for them. I think wedding photography encompasses all of that. I often go beyond contractual agreements to help clients, and that’s probably the reason I hang out and have become friends with a lot of my clients.
Some people are in this for the money, some are in because they enjoy taking photos, some are in because they are good at taking photos… but for me, these are only added benefits.
